Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your plan at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period — monthly or yearly.
How do I schedule my consultation after subscribing?
After your payment is confirmed, our team will contact you within one business day to set up your client portal and schedule your first consultation.
Do unused consultation minutes roll over?
Consultation minutes do not roll over between billing periods. We encourage clients to use their full allotment each month to get maximum value from their plan.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Contact our team and we will adjust your plan for the next billing cycle. Upgrades can often be applied immediately upon request.
Is the 5% yearly discount applied automatically?
Yes. Simply select the Yearly option before clicking Subscribe Now. The discounted yearly price is applied automatically — no coupon code needed.
Is my payment information secure?
All payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We never store your card details on our servers.
